Coldwell Banker Auctions are generally held at the property being sold. Occasionally due to space limitations they may be held at another location such as a hotel ballroom. Coldwell Banker staff may begin registering bidders one to two hours prior to the scheduled auction time. You will be asked to show your cashiers check, if required, and personal identification such as a driver’s license. After you are registered you may ask any questions you may have about the auction process or just sit back and relax. The bidding itself may last as little as a half hour or as long as hours depending on the number of units being sold.
